There are two threads on NetBuilders offering free Google Wave invitations:
Invitations to Google Wave
25 Google Wave Invitations
You call that FREE ???
Strange: You, in your thread I saw ealier today, ask for
1. Send out a Tweet about my make money online blog RunningOnlineBusiness.com or this contest.
2. Share my blog or this contest on a social networking site such as Facebook or MySpace.
3. Have another promotional idea? Let me know. I love new ideas!
The second thread asks for
1. Tweet about this giveaway/contest
2. Digg this giveaway/contest
3. Share this page on Facebook.
4. Subscribe to the blog
5. Follow @Anticrank on Twitter

Definition of Free:
10: not costing or charging anything
Sending out a link via Twitter or Facebook is free. It takes a matter of seconds. But you're asking for money in return for an invitation. To me, that seems a bit unethical - but that's not why I posted here. I just think it's good to show potential buyers that they can get the invitations for free by going to one of the threads I linked.![]()
You cannot call it free when you force people to promote your 'make money online blog' on a social networking site and as well coerce them to tweet your make money blog for otherwise you won't give them the invite (The other post you linked did even asks for 5 things). I fail to see why my way of selling the invites shall be conceived as less ethical than yours.
I only ask people to do one of the aforementioned tasks. Not all of them. So far I've sent out a number of invitations because people don't have a problem with doing a second or two worth of work in exchange. It's sort of like a thank you for the invitation, in a way. I'm not accepting or asking for any sort of monetary exchange, so I'm not selling them. Whereas you are. Not only is this unethical (because you're selling an invitation that you got for free) but I think that Google would not be okay with such a practice, as Aziz suggested above....you must do one of the following in order to receive your invitation:
On my blog I state:
By completing one of these tasks, you will help bring exposure to this site and you’ll be rewarded for lending me a hand by receiving an exclusive invitation to Google Wave. Sounds like a fair deal, right?
TOS and ethics are two completely different pair of shoes
In your first response to my thread you have referred to 2 threads as offering free Google Waves invites.
One thread demanded
"All you have to do is:
1. Tweet about this giveaway/contest
2. Digg this giveaway/contest
3. Share this page on Facebook.
4. Subscribe to the blog
5. Follow @Anticrank on Twitter"
whereas you only coerce people to promote your make money blog by twitter or social networking.
That means you give the invite you got free only in exchange for a service to promote a product (your blog).
This is not to be confused with a thank you. Unless people promoto you stuff they don't get your invite. As such, you sell the invite in exchange for a service.
I wouldn't care much what you do unless you jumped on my thread trying to teach my ethics and playing name games with free.

You don't thank someone if they don't do anything. Why would I give someone a thank you if they aren't helping me out in any way, shape or form? By trading promotion for an invitation, it is an ethical system through which both parties win. This is not to be confused with a thank you. Unless people promote your stuff they don't get your invite. As such, you sell the invite in exchange for a service.
I'm not in this thread to teach anyone anything. And you're using free as you define it, not as it is defined. Selling invitations to Google Wave is unethical, no matter how you try and defend it.I wouldn't care much what you do unless you jumped on my thread trying to teach my ethics and playing name games with free.
