It would be really helpful if you if you quote your non-negotiable expectation IMO.

I simply don't know the fair value, so I have asked for offers. Other PR8 links offers I have seen are between 130$ and 500$ - a month. The link under consideration won't expire any time soon, I will issue a proportional refund if you link will be deleted before 30 days, something which is really very unlikely.

I may update this thread with an asking price later. Until then I am happy to consider reasonable offers.
