Proxy -> Like you say, a website for access the web anonymous
Proxy Promotion -> Promotion from a web-based proxy (the topic here)
Proxy List -> Something like Proxy.Org

Wow, thanks for bumping.. I just noticed, that in less than 4 months, my yahoo group members grew with 1300 proxy members
