The 'proof' that the OP supplied me with is an exact-match domain name ranking for it's keyword...
I recommend that everyone do further investigation into this service before making a purchase.
It's a fast service because it's automated... it's just creating spam profiles on forums and putting your link in.
I don't think it's really a valuable service at all.
It's spam by definition. Forum-owners won't appreciate it. Many, if not all, of the links will have little to no value.

Kovich, you have any bad experience with xrummer?
You can call this spam, but I call it automated profile creation. Angela and Paul's backlinks are working like xrummer, the difference is that they do it manually... which is a waste of time...
As you may know, I do own a couple of forums. I cannot stand to see profiles being created for the sole purpose of collecting backlinks. In fact, many forum owners, myself included, go so far as to set a minimum post requirement in order for a member to have a signature or post a link. On my forums I have implemented a number of anti-spam technologies and continue to improve them each and every day. Spammers ruin communities and hurt business for hard-working webmasters. It's disgusting, unethical, and it will always come back to bite you in the ass. If a spammer, or the xRumer program, etc., manage to get past my security measures, I personally go through them and ban their IP Address(es), e-mail address(es), delete their links and/or entire profiles, and then report them to their hosting company for spamming when applicable. I also submit all appropriate information to spam databases. But you know what? Having to go through all of this effort really sucks.
Furthermore, most forums, mine included, don't even make links do-follow, and some links are only visible to people who have logged in! Either way, building backlinks through these methods is not only bad for your reputation and potentially bad for your relationship with your hosting company, but it is also putting your business at risk, because spam links are never a good idea. Period.
Paying for an xRumer service is nothing but a waste of time and a monetary contribution to the idea that spamming and unethical business practices are okay. If you care so little about yourself, your moral and ethical worth, your business, and the internet community as a whole, then I pity you and your selfish, careless actions.

Normally I'd run interference here, but frankly in this case Kovich has grossly understated the danger of this method. This is to marketing what Kamikaze is to recreational flying.
Having made your point now Kovich, let's step out, and if people wanna toss money down the tubes it isnt much to lose... but they might wanna consider the other damage. Credibility is a precious commodity.

The Marketplace Rules state clearly:
Negative Feedback
Negative feedback in sales threads is allowed and encouraged. It is the communities best protection against spammers.
Submit Your Webmaster Related Sites to the NB Directory
I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

Darn!
And here I love kamikaze flying!
