Thats a smart idea. I guess I can do that too.

You could always use PayPal and cancel the agreement (that's what I do).

I started using it 8 months ago. Have 7-8 domains there and it is excellent.
Simple but still many options. No bunch of offers as on GoDaddy. Never had need for tech support...

Prices are average around 8.8 USD for everything I did not remembered.
I made payments with visa debit cards and paypal.

Curently I am transfering domain from 3 other registrars to them...

I use Namecheap (90%) and have only 3 domains with Godaddy (Two were purchased last month when they had $1.19 .com promotion :P) and rest with dynadot and a couple with name.com.

Used moniker around 3 years back and never got back to them. Don't know why, maybe their system is too complicated

I do use Moniker and have 11 domains registered with them.

I started using them due to winning some domains in an eBay auction which were registered there.

I can do without their confusing control panel. Of course, I started with Namecheap for several years, so maybe it is just me being used to one control panel and finding a stark difference in Moniker's.

I use them for .net domains as they have been running specials on them. Taking a look at my domains with them, they are all .net domains which I have registered with them.

So far, so good with them. I did a transfer out of a domain with them and had no major problems; took the full term, though.

I use moniker for .net, haven't had any issues so far after 2+ years. Enom was my first registrar back when a name would cost 35 bucks. Still going good with them.

    Nr1 - Godaddy, Nr2 - Regional Registar, and 1 domain / Dynadot / Moniker.
