Thread: France slams ‘extremist’ Titan CEO over Goodyear slur

    Excellent.
If one watches the military channel on cable, one learns these things about WWII that books can not convey.

Same with Dunkirk (heck if I remember the french spelling).
Few people know that it was the French fighting hard to protect the Brits getting into the boats.

Now touched upon was the whole idea of all those imported slaves working in arab countries.
And make no mistake, what does come out from Saudi Arabia, and Dhubai, etc., that the people are treated as slaves by their arab employers.
What is funny is the blacks in the USA and the rest of the world who willingly convert to islam.
The word for blacks in arabic is the same word as for slaves.

Listen or read about all the whack job imams making all sorts of pronouncements about everything.
They do say that blacks (they use that word, not africans, not african americans, just blacks) are only fit to be slaves to them.

That is probably one of the big reasons that arabs, and muslims in general, do not trust or believe in or really like obama.

This is so true that there are still millions of slaves held in Saharan Arab counties.

Saudi Arabia did not officially abolish slavery until 1962 and their foreign domestic workers are still basically slaves. The Gulf States still enslave camel jockeys and in most of the Islamic world millions or children are enslaved to make carpets.

The French Char B1 bis tank outclassed most of the German tanks. 80% of German tanks were light tanks like the Panzer I & Panzer II's equipped with machine guns and other lightweight captured Czech tanks.

Dunkerque was the name. Never heard of about Philippe Kieffer? I did a training at Lorient, it was tough but I had a lot of fun

France and the US both have a welfare problem. I wonder if the cause of the riots in France have to do with Islam or that immigrants in the US are double-dippers. Most immigrants in the US are both working and on-welfare as US Immigrant Women usually doesn't report their partners income to welfare and in effect they have a dual income.

The poor in France don't seem to be doing that well. On the other hand, in the US the poor own homes, cars and iphones and have less economic motive to riot.

Let’s take an unemployed mother living alone with two children between six and 10 years old. In 2010, there were 284,445 French families in this situation that were on welfare.

This mother will be given the “Active Solidarity Income.” Since she has two children, the amount will be $1,100. If she is renting an apartment with a $650 rent, she will be given the “Housing Customized Aid,” amounting to $620. Then she will receive “Family Allowances,” which amounts to another $160. Finally, let’s add the payment known as “Allowance for the start of the school year,” which is $750 once a year, or $62.50 per month. (She might even benefit from other aids, but these are the most common.) She will be given a total of $1,942.50 per month.

All socialist run countries have a welfare problem.

    Something I saw:
If Illegal Mexicans are such hard workers,
Why don't they stay in Mexico and work to make that country better?

The poor Mexicans migrate to the USA because they are mostly Mexican Indians who are openly discriminated against by the Mexican government. They do not have very many opportunities in a hopelessly corrupt system. We also have a corrupt system in the USA, but it favors poor people to the point where the social support systems have become hopelessly corrupt.

Although Mexico is a socialist country, people are not treated equally or offered the same benefits. Many of the Mexican Indian workers I have met say they only have a second or third grade education and have never had good health care. Their cost for health care in the USA? It is free if they use hospital emergency rooms.

They move here because, as bogart pointed out, we have the richest poor people in the world. I don't think you will find very many Western countries where you can earn $30,000 per year gaming the system and never have to work a single day. The underground cash economy thrives in ghetto neighborhoods in the USA, which is another form of double dipping. Poor people have been trained since the 1960s on how to cheat the system and those methods are widespread and protected by the Democrats. Mexicans move here because it is easy to game the welfare system.

The only way that peons are likely to make that country better is through a revolution, which is kind of hard to do when it is illegal to own firearms and only criminals and the government have firearms.

I live in Arizona and I don't agree with the viewpoint that most Mexicans are hard workers. Some Mexicans are hard workers. Most Mexicans come here to take advantage of our system. The Mexican government even trains them how to do this with brochures because so many Mexicans send money back to their families in Mexico. If we were able to eliminate welfare benefits and free health care for illegals, most of them would go home in a heartbeat.

I suspect the issue is similar in France. Muslims from Morocco and other former French colonies would not be moving to France in mass numbers unless there is a financial benefit for doing so.

I think is is always difficult to compare different systems, the root of the philosophy come from the people mentality.

The cause of riots has to do with Islam and how parents raise their children. We had many immigrants in our history sharing much more values with us than the muslims of today. So you have a cultural and religious difference that mostly do not want to integrate our system and our country valors, and fall in delinquency.

Exactly, In France they are not only gaming the system, some defraud the French and some fall in delenquency.

First you have to understand the reasons why the immigration take place, because there is not a single reason for that.
If they immigrate to find a job, game the system, and get the welfare to send the money to their country, you have to ask yourself who benefit of that. If a political party favor more the immigration than the other, perhaps they want them to be citizen and vote for them.

The US are made of immigrants, so it is difficult to compare with a old country who have families descendant for centuries.
I know that we are talking about stripping the French nationality of immigrant delinquents and even French delinquents coming from parents or grand parents immigrants. Some politicians are also talking about stripping the welfare to the immigrant parents if their children are delinquents, condemned with jail time.

For example take the horrific events in France with Mohamed Merah Toulouse siege: jihadist gunman dead - Telegraph.

That's where our system is screwed up, he was condemned 14 times, went many times in jail, then he obtained the French nationality, then perpetuated his massacre. When you ask to be a French national, you shouldn't have a 10 pages CV of delinquency and/or jail time, and you should be kicked from France and sent to where you come from or where come from your families.
