you need to put up a logo..i see you have only one ad at the top..you can put another ad after 2-3 posts just like the first one..will increase the CTR more..the text in the sidebar is too small to read..grandpa's visiting the site may have some problems:D
Overall a nice and clean site..and yes "Content is the King";)
It's a very simple theme and doesn't really come off as an adult based site. I would include a logo or something with some hot women in it.
