    Firstly you need to get a more professional logo, and also change the colour theme if possible to make it more unique.

    You can try either make you logo transparent

    or match your logo's background color with the table's background color.

    Your logo's background color right now is not the same with the rest of the table.

    Looks like you got some posts going on in there.
