Feedback needed on possible template for iSurfProxy.net

Hey everybody

Tonight I've been working on a possible new design for my proxy list located at:
iSurf Proxy Network | Proxy List | Free Proxies

It's currently not live yet, it's just a psd template I've been building tonight, so I've just taken a sample screenshot of it and would love any feedback you lovely people can give me so far.

That is a really nice design, everything is simple and there is no crap on the page.

I like how the proxies are displayed in the table thing and it allows you to scroll down.

Will look forward to seeing this when it is a working website.

I don't like the banner and the background.. the list looks great, another thing is.. I prefer proxy of the day like AZProxies.Com does than proxy of the month

Can't wait to have it live myself, I've been wanting a redesign for a while now.

By banner, do you you mean the skyscraper ad or something else? What don't you like about it currently? What don't you like about the background? Would you rather see it with a solid color instead of the grid-like pattern? And the "proxy of the month" thing, I was thinking could be utilized as an additional advertisement medium that I could offer to proxy admins, so I don't think a proxy of the day would be a long enough incentive to encourage admins to purchase a slot. Maybe "proxy of the week" if a month seems too long?

I mean the header with the menubackground (so where iSurfProxy is written in). And about the background, I love just a background that exists of one color... or a simple pattern, not much colors

And proxy of the week would be better indeed than

I like the proxy of the month as it shows a mini screenshot....

I would think about maybe adding a bit more color

or editing the logo

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I'm going to work up an alternative version with a tad more color and maybe a slightly different header logo. I'll post that up when I get to it.

Added a second screenshot to the first post. This is an alternative version with bit o' color added in.

I still like my first version the most though. Maybe the scaled down screen shots don't do it justice. I'll add a sample screen shot of the two in actual size to show detail.

I think they look equally awesome

It's hard to tell how good the blue one is without seeing the rest of the design.
