I just gave this advice to another forum member. You blog needs a tag line. New visitors will not get your blog. Let's get talking? About what?

Great website. Very inspiring. I do think the design can be improved though. Maybe you can add more things to the sidebar or create a good looking,footer.

The only complaint I have, like others is to make a more interesting footer Besides the footer, everything is designed really nicely.
