I've attempted to replicate your error on a PC running Windows 7 Ultimate and FireFox 3.6.10.

The page loaded for me so I deleted the Adobe Flash plugin and reloaded. The page detected that I wasn't running Flash and asked me to click a link to install it. The page once again loaded properly after the reinstall.

Does the Pizza page briefly appear for you before the entire page goes blank? If yes, odds are pretty good it's an issue with Flash.

    Suggestions:

    1. Check to see that you're running the latest version of Adobe Flash (Current revision 10.1.85.3).

    2. If you are already up-to-date, delete and reinstall Flash.

    Hope one of those works!

    Hi,

You might be right my flash is.

    You have version 10.1.82.76 installed.

Please don't get me wrong on my next statement. I am not a tech person most of the time I am lost with simple stuff.

I am just wondering how many of us are out there on the net like me?

I would not of thought installing or checking my version of flash.

IMO I think it would be wise to make a site that all people can see, what if they are like me

I have noticed that sometime people forget that not all people know all of this stuff and design sites with all these bells and whistles and forget the facts that not every knows, uses, or cares what is new and current. Or the fact that in some places we still run dial up connections and make pages so load heavy we just leave and go to a different site.

My landlady is always asking me for net help, that I don't know the answer on. I contribute most of her problems to the fact she is still using 98.

OK rant over no harm was meant to anyone.

Wise words, which is precisely why we're going through this exercise. Perhaps Mia can pass what he's seen here on to his client.

    Hi,

    New issue.

I just updated everything. All FF plugins that needed to be. Malwarebytes, Spybot, CCleaner. and my virus scan it need to be that was only about 2mo behind.......LOL

I now also have version 10,1,85,3 installed. I cleared everything from memory dump to cache with CCleaner. I did see the green page with guy in the top left for a few seconds then the page changed and is still just brown. I waited to see if it was my dial up nothing has appeared on the page.

Could the phone company have it blocked like they do the ads?

    It's possible, but unlikely....

Try disabling all of your other plugins EXCEPT for Flash and reload?
