Domain name seems good.
I like the template.
I'd be tempted to put the two AdSense blocks next to each other instead of on top of each other.
the ads are a css issue :) ff side by side and in ie they are stacked. Did a nice job with the subscription form.
They are stacked for me in FF...

Hmm, they are side by side for me in all browsers. Let me try some CSS on it.
