Thanks TopDogger, I lived in South Dakota for a year. Had a few vacations in Deadwood. Did you go for the rally?

The duplicate content issue is with big G. They need to get there head out of there as*. I will not do everything thing to their specs that they change daily.

My websites are my newspaper per-say if I want a story on the ft page. I should be able to have it. Plus it will not stay on the fr page that long. I update my sites often.

That I did know. That was a free public domain pic also the first one I found. I have hunted hours for the right pictures in the past. On that post I was in a hurry and it was free.

Hmm... your software treats successive paragraph marks as one, in which case I think you'd have to monkey with the template. If you had to do work on the template you could just have the width of the P break increased I imagine. Far as I know, Menj is the resident pro at WP templates, maybe ask him. [I plan to deny having said that later.]

Worst case, skip that issue and keep the paragraph size under control.

I have been to Deadwood several times, but never made the Sturgis rally. My brother and I were both bikers in our younger days. He attended it a few times, but I never made it.

I have pointed that out to people many times in this forum and others. The home page is more important than the inner pages. It is good if you rotate the posts off of the home page very quickly, but once an inner page is flagged as duplicate content, it can take a while before it recovers. I don't take chances like that. Try using excerpts on a WordPress site and you will likely see the inner pages show up much more quickly in search results.

I use All-In-One-SEO on all of my WordPress sites and even set the Archive pages to noindex, just to avoid potential duplicate content issues with Category pages.

If you want to use the newspaper analogy, remember that very few newspapers print the entire story on the front page. They always start the article there and continue it elsewhere. The home page is a teaser to get people interested in the articles.
