That definitely looks better!

It needs a logo, but I'm sure you already knew that.

There are a lot of text formatting issues in the first post, "what is an FTP Client?"

sorry to double post but .. im not really happy with my current look

does anyone have suggestion's on what theme i should use? and what type

I had a look through there and theres nothing that i could find suitable for my site most of them come with galleries and other things which i dont need.

Everyone has their own opinions. Mine are probably no better than anyone else's, but here they are...

The top menu slides into two lines, no matter how wide my screen is.

The left column is too narrow and the right column is too wide.

The tabbed menu duplicates some functionality of the top menu above it.

Needs a logo.
