I am working on my hosting site to look more professional and user friendly. I need your suggestion on the same to improve it more.

The site looks good.

I would kill the annoying mouseover sounds on the top menu.

I would also change "including Latest Cpanel" to "including the latest cPanel".

I'd completely kill the flash header, thats so early 2k design and replace it with a nice simple graphic or information about your business

Typically I am not a fan of flash, but it looks alright. I prefer to stay away from flash though.
