Your site has many validation errors at: The W3C Markup Validation Service

I personally feel that your site needs more focus on a particular niche, and make it clear what the objectives of the site are in the header.

Interviewing people on the net is the same as interviewing anybody that you bump into on the street to me.

I do think that you have a nice layout, but a bit heavy on text.
