It looks a bit too busy and unorganized to me.

Do not center the menu elements on the left side. The menu is hard to read because of that.

You do not need separate sections for Top Downloads, Featured Software, Top Picks and Recommended. Top Downloads and Featured Software alone give people what they need to know. The rest just creates clutter.

I agree with MikeDVB. The logo is meaningless. Just put the name of the site up there.

If an e-commerce site looks too busy, people get turned off. Keep it simple and straight-forward.

It doesn't look that bad, but the domain hurts it a lot.

Work on header is needed including site title and logo, and rightly said by above friend the domain could be dot com or dot net IMO.
