I like the questions on the bottom of the page. But you have an issue with thin content. Each question should be 300 words+ Most of the pages don't have any content and the answers are only a few words. This is the kind of site that Panda hits hard. Also I suggest to use the category tags and display excerpts on tag.

Really, to have so many empty pages.
Take all the ads away, and people would be looking at absolutely nothing.

Seems like a site built to take advantage of a popular person and then to monetize each page, even if there is nothing on the page.
