Review my directory - it's sexy!

I'm looking for your honest review/rating of my new free general directory. It's powered by phpLD (obviously), but I worked hard to modify the template so it doesn't look like every other phpLD directory.

Please leave me a 1-10 rating (10 being best). Suggestions/comments welcome!

Ok first question

I like the logo,it's unique, but I simply cannot see "H3N" in there. Or it's just me?

Your bandwidth limit was exceeded or so the server says (509 error).

Like listed above, I see nothing except:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
