Just a few questions: Why categorize with Child Board? Are you targeting the teenagers audience to your forum?

No, it's called child board cause it's how it was named in SMF

As the site is aimed at Internet Marketers, the header needs to improve to 'sell' your site to this community.

The navigation icons are good - you just need to improve the text beneath them.

I'd maybe also, darken the blue used - it's little harsh at present.

The site is well laid out and the design is clean. Just a few tweaks will really hold visitors, reduce your bounce rate and increase signups.
