Thumbs up Review my Technology News Site!

Hello, everyone! I'm looking to get a general review of my technology news website, TechObserver. I understand that it is in a very competitive field but I am hoping that with a lot of time and dedication I can make it a trusted, authoritative site for news regarding technology, gadgets, apps, mobile phones, games, and more! I feel like many of the leading websites in this industry now are too heavily commercialized and lost sight of providing value to consumers, but I digress. Some of the unique features of the site include in-post press releases directly from the source and our custom product review system: Technology Reviews

Below is an example of my content. I just published this post only moments ago:
Skype Video Calls and Group Chat on Facebook

Basically I am hoping that some NB community members can help me improve my site by offering up some examples of things they like, dislike, etc. and perhaps even a few strategies for improvement. All constructive criticism is welcomed and heavily appreciated! Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post!

The sites looks fine. I like the logo as well.

My sugestion has to do which the posts. I would avoid the "news story" kinds of posts. There's probably a thousand other blogs that have covered the same story.

What sort of a writing style would you recommend, then? Thanks for your comments! I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

The writing style is fine. The problem is that a thousand other blogs have duplicated the same story. So, there's not a lot of additional value and something that Google may be targeting in the future. New and original articles featuring opinions, insights, user reviews, tech tips and especially "how to articles" are all great ways to provide unique content.

Excellent list! I'm going to implement these as soon as possible. Thank you, Bogart.

Very nice informative site, the only suggestion I can give is to make the block headings more prominent, for Gaming, mobile, Apps, Software etc. Its in red but could use a larger font to make it stand out, when I first looked at the page, I couldn't understand why there were so many blocks of content, until I realised each one is a different category with a small title.
