Its nice, however I think if you put bigger taxi car on the header will be even better.

Overall made some changes based on feedback. Still experimenting/tweaking a bit. Thanks a lot guys.

Drop that below the ad block, or send it to the other side. It currently makes the alignment look really bad (when it isn't) and will place a huge drop of CTR.

I took it out temporarily but will redesign, replace and reposition that thing later if the site is running well. People are suposed to click on this....Layout looks better now. Thanks again.
