I also added Adsense to the blog today. How do you think it looks?

I want to be able to swap the sizing of the sidebars round so that the Adsense block fits tightly into the box, but I'm not sure how. I tried just switching them over straight off, but all the padding went funny... I'm guessing it's something to do with style.css?

No, I don't particularly like them either, but like you say it'd be great to start monetising my blog. Anyway, I'm just short of $100 in my adsense account and this is my only active site at the moment so I want to get that cheque

Not much idea.. but maybe checkout css and codings for the sidebar. And changing one would effect the other too, I think.
Why don't you just change the adsense border color from light grey to white.

Because it wouldn't fit with the other boxes...

In would recommend you to place the email subscription box probably above the ads. As it would be visible clearly. But as you have a wide side bar, nothing would happen if you put it below the side bar. :114:

Really cool site. The fact that each of your posts get atleast 15-20 comments, that too for a new blog, is a great achievement. However, It'll be more interesting if you write more about teenagers who have become popular because of blogging or something else like that (the interview with Alex was awesome).

Thanks for the kind words Yeah, I was very pleased with the comment average, as I go around commenting on loads of blogs so it's nice for people to return the favour every now and again

As far as the subscription box and affiliate cloaking check out www.maxblogpress.com. No affilliate link from me, just a good ole recommendation. The MBPoptin plugin and the MPBNinjaaffiliate plugin is exactly what you need. Keep up the great posts

The orange suscribtion section doesn't fit very much with the theme when it comes to color, but apart from that:

Well done!

I would not say I am a fan of the new design but it is decent for a budget design (if it is one).

It's way better than the old one.
