when trying to navigate to the site from Memphis, TN.

Sidebar: remove the calendar and change the size ( width ) of the Sponsor Links ad.
Overall: light background ( white, light yellow, etc. ) would look better than the current one.

Change the background to white. It suits "health" niche a lot more in my opinion.

Make it a user friendly. When a visitor will come to your blog he will not able to read your text clearly.. So it's may be the reason that he will not come again. Change permalinks to the postname..

Get as many backlinks you can get..

I can't read the content, it's white text on a white background.

Yes , you have changed your text as well as its background to white color and becase of it we can't read anything . Check image i am attaching .

Ok so I am new to posting here and thought it was about time I made a contribution. For what its worth, here are my thoughts on this site:

1. If you reduce the size of the text in the Header you will probably find that the header becomes aligned with the theme correctly.

2. Shorten the "About ..... " button to "About" and you may find that the "Contact" button comes up into the navbar where it should be.

Otherwise the site looks sharp and clean
