1 - I'd change that Tags plugin for approval and then put it back there.
2 - Your privacy policy doesn't meet Adsense requirements.

The rest looks good.

It's unacceptable content Why??

You should mention the DART cookie being used:

Otherwise it looks cool

You mean, i have to add that content in my privacy policy right?? OK cool, i will do it buddy!!

And do you think, it's unacceptable content, I got this reply from them. .

That's why i got doubt that, my site is eligible to get adsense account or not!!
