IMHO the site needs some major work. An image is blurry, etc.
For me (my first time visiting there) the live support is offline.
Never really thought about signing up.

It probably did not load fully for you for some reason other wise it's fine. We will be re-designing the website soon. Live chat is on through out the whole day EST time. We are working on the VPS plans right now.

It loaded fully. I tried it on a few different places, got the same thing each time....

Hmm thats weird. Well we are replacing it with a flash banner tomorrow .

The speed at least for the Tmz proxy 3 server.

Have you opened a support ticket about this? If you think its slow we can transfer you to another server.

No problem. Its also happening in Flock too. Let me know when it's fixed and you'll have yourself a new customer I wanna try you guys out, but I just have a weird thing where I won't purchase if the site is messed up, haha.
