Its a Youtube clone right?

Let me give an honest review.

The site looks good but I really dont think that 195 x 92 ad/banner on the header is fitting there.

The font size for Title and Description is bit big in my opinion.

Ad placement is good but there is gap between top 728 x 90 ad and 'Videos recently being viewed'.

Overall good site

Looks interesting for medical students.

I was offered to sell but refused,since it is a cash cow.

I go the idea while I had the opportunity to see a brain surgery and I said isn't it cool to put this on video.

I am working with a neurosurgeon to write a book now using one of my many medical domains and the name of the book is MeidcalCzar.com

Regarding the ad. placement, I liked the placement of the beating heart at the top near an ad.
I found myself wishing that the skyscraper ad. could have been placed in the center column, but of course you can't do this, the design of the page prevents it. Even so, it doesn't seem to have affected your earnings.
