Where do I go from here?

Had to make changes after last designer messed up bigtime. Costa Rica Real Estate by 506 Properties Costa Rica, S.A. this is not it, but what do you think about having the text up there and the form in the center? What do you believe would be best to be done next in order to generate more leads.

Site gets traffic, just had zero leads from the last version.

I think it should literally scream authority to people. So they see you're a serious business.

Also mention some recent sales and post some customer reviews, how they are happy with their CR homes.

I definitely agree with Michael. The first step to selling is selling yourself, and this page doesn't make you look good.

Tactically, someone needs to apply some spelling fixes: "Minumun resolution 1024x768 - Flash Playaer neded."

I'm not a big fan of Flash in general, but compare the user experience at VN Coastal.

Very simple page layout. Less promising as said earlier by Micheal and Will.

I would not suggest a flash website but at least a good looking page layout. I don't know what your designer did with the design but being a designer, I can't call it a design.

Don't make a large page (s), instead make multiple pages.

Please note the recession factor can be one (I am also in to related field, there is traffic very less leads)

I have for now redirected the home page url to the url where the listings are. It´s nothing pretty but I have decided to eliminate the horrible homepage with the image full of misspells.
Note: That designer was not my choice. Just a little surprise my partner had for me, but thankfully we are now seeing eye to eye again.

Will add the phone number on top next and then get more properties uploaded.

Appreciate all of the feedback. And yes, the recession has pretty much killed tourism down here by around 40 percent and even more when it comes to buying land, but there are more areas being developed all over Central America, so the Costa Rica real estate market might be suffering, but I still see opportunity to make a lot of money down here.
