Would like some SEO and Designer feedback

So it been a while since I have added a new proxy to my network. I mean a permanent one not one of basic throw away ones I always put out.

I had a lot of fun with this one I think it came out good. Only thing I think I will need to is some on page SEO and add in my subscription form. I added a rotating background to the page so everytime you visit or refresh the page it has a different image.

So if you could take a moment and look at the seo aspects and possible typos or design flaws and give me some feedback I would appreciate. This will be the site I plan to build links for over the summer.

Not concerned about the domain name containing the term proxy as that wont effect this site in the long run. Will only effect it short term as it wont be good for use at schools.

    URL: alphabetproxy.com

Should "Home", "Disclaimer", "Terms", and "Contact" be all on one line? For me, "Contact" is on a second line.

The ad placement worries me. The ad placement worries me. The ads seem to be too far separated from the content.

Regarding SEO, which keyword phrase are you focused on ranking for?

I would probably do a bit of PR sculpting by using nofollow links to the disclaimer, terms, and contact pages.

Weird somehow I edited my above post and I guess I deleted it.

I have changed the header link locations to the footer. Made the logo the link back to the main page. Also added nofollow to the links and the meta tags.

    Hi,
Your site displayed properly for me on Firefox 3, Vista. It was a bit slow to load initially, but didn't know if its due to my proximity to the server (in Memphis, TN USA).
    Cheers,
    James
