The results using the URL you linked to are no different than when searching through regular google.com. Perhaps I'm naturally hitting the datacenter that is live with Caffeine. :shrug:

Seoroundtable reports Matt Cutts has confirmed that Caffeine is live 50% of the time at the http://209.85.225.103 data center.
According to Matt Cutts, "that Google just got better at determining how much weight should be given to links to that site."
This is interesting. Caffeine is an infrastructure update that allows Google to index more of the web. The more efficient file structure is finding more backlinks from lower ranked pages that where previously ignored.

Keep iin mind you need to click the search button a few times until you see the amount of returned results change.. I also want to note that many are experiencing a shift in rankings in Caffeine since yesterday. It appears that a filter has been applied and some sites that have been in caffeine all along have dropped out of the results.

It appears that there was a data push within the existing algorithm that has caused the shift in rankings. I'm noticing some positive ranking changes on a few sites.
Also consider Personalized Search Is Now Default Google Search Option and causing people to see different search results.
