You need to be more focused on targeting that keyword more. And try to get more natural backlinks with that keyword. And try maximum to provide relevant content to that keyword and get more traffic for that people. And make your keyword with the content in such a way that people find your content using that matching keyword the most.

You need to do competitor analysis. Just check the site which is at the top position and do link analysis and how they used the keyword on the content.
