What do you mean ? Just register there and submit articles. To submit articles you need article Title, Summary, Keywords,Content and BIO ( with 2 links).

What I mean is, how do you keep up with a lot of accounts for different sites? Do you just submit and forget or do you log in again occasionally? haha, that's what I mean.
