    This is the structure that I prefer. It's natural. I wouldn't worry so much about Google...they are starting to realize the stupidity in some of their algorithms. The best thing to do is optimize your site for your visitors not the search engines.

    I honestly don't see a need for variance between the title and H1 tags. The only difference is that one includes your website name. That's the way it should be.

    I would preffer a slightly different <title> and <h1> because it will increase our keyword variation, and it will help on SERP
