I came a cross with a gentleman in a different forum advising me that I should use no follow tag to use scuplting SEO.
I read some information about that on the Matt's blog at: PageRank sculpting
and other SEO sites.
This subject seems controversial and I would like to know more about your personal experience with internal no follow tag.

If what Matt Cutts says is true, it appears pointless to use the nofollow attribute on internal links.
But do you or can you believe everything that Matt Cutts says? That is sometimes the controversial part.
It was originally intended to combat comment spam on blogs so it's possible that it has no meaning outside of say Wordpress-powered sites. Personally I don't tend to check for it when posting comments since I am at the blog and I feel like commenting so what the ...
It is true, it's pointless to try to use PR sculpting. I am having my doubts whether Google cares about nofollow anyway. I'm seeing evidence that they are ignoring nofollow.Quote:

I personally believe what Matt says on this one... the best way to view no-follow is that it doesn't "save" page rank... instead of flowing to the linked page, it just gets dumped down a drain. Thus "pagerank sculpting" doesn't work... and even if it did, I think there are much more important things to focus on. :)
Well Scuplting SEO with Nofollow Tag in my case is not for PR but rather for SERP purpose.
We have many pages that are important for visitors but not at all for indexing or ranking on SE. For example our policy page or FAQ page, etc
Why losing some SEO juice for this kind of pages?

SEO link juice IS PageRank. So if what you are saying is "really" true then simply add a <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> element to each of the pages you don't want indexed.Quote:

When linking to things externally, I do the following:
1. I have a directory called /out
2. The directory denies robots using the robots.txt file.
3. I then make a simple php file with a redirect to the external url.
4. I place a link to /out/sitehere.php and add rel="nofollow"
This way:
1. The search engine goes to follow the link
2. But it is denied because of the robots.txt file
3. And that is supplemented by the nofollow attribute, just in case. It seems to be beneficial.
