That book is absolutely amazing. I personally own it and have found it to be quite helpful. It is extremely in-depth and will cover pretty much everything you need to know. What it doesn't cover you can learn from spending some time here at NetBuilders and through general trial and error. By the way, I linked the image to my Amazon Affiliate URL - if the book interests you, would you keep my link in-tact? :]

you want free or paid?
if paid, go with Online SEO Training Program & Community : SEO Book.com
I don't mind paying but seobook.com is way to expensive $300 maybe if i get really serious
You don't really need to buy printed material. I mean the above suggestion is not bad, don't get me wrong, but I really believe that all that's in the book is widely available on the net.
It is scattered however (like all info freely available online), you have to do a neat compilation of all good ones of course.
You can find a lot of helpful ebooks online for a good price, and some for no money at all.
Printed books basically include a small fraction of what is available online, but in an organized matter.

Yea it seems to be a lot of good infomation on this forum as i've managed to increase my page rank from 38 to 16 in one night.I just need to work on some Off site SEO and one got some good articles on that?
Here are two posts I made on my blog that might help you:

The SEO Value of Squidoo | Running Online Business
As for your last post about PageRank - you used the wrong term. :P Google PageRank is explained very well here. I think what you meant to refer to was your position on Google for a keyword - right?
I am a big fan of SEOBook.
Google's Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide is surprisingly good.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.
I wouldn't even waste the money. I mean all of the resources you need can be found online through blog posts and forum threads, so why even buy a book? I guess this is just my personal opinion, to each his own.
I should also mention the NetBuilders Guide which you can gain access to by joining the Guide Developers group.
