I'm not totally convinced that's worth $999.

Best keyword is "forensic pathology," rolling in with 258 searches and 265,000 competitors.

For a good keyword, I generally aim for above 300 searches and less than 30,000 competitors.

The pages look well-developed/thought out by someone that know what they're doing. That adds value - but if statistics already prove that it will not be much of an earner, it doesn't add much value.

Including the 10 new pages, I'd value this site at low-mid $xxx.
