The site hasn't been real active the last month due to my lack of time to promote it but I can still get screen shots if you want

Because all you have to do is email and ask for permission. Takes 5 minutes to let them know what you'll be doing with the domain and your plan for it and make it very clear you'll let it be known its no way officially affiliate with nintendo. Then wait 4 weeks for a response from them telling you its okay.

thats how its a premium domain.

he asked how I thought it was a premium domain when "nintendo" was trademarked, and I simply replied that all you have to do is email them, let them know your plans for the site and wait a while for approval which has already been done for the domain.
