Original Content Sites With AdSense Income

The site that I want to buy must meet all the following conditions:

Age > 1 year
PR > 0
Content: Original
SERPs rank: Should rank for some keywords

I am looking at paying 12 times last 12 months average AdSense income (or less :))

What price range are you looking for?

On what niche are you looking for ? please be more specific .i have couple of health related sites .

I am totally open on the niche. It has to be an adsense friendly niche. And like I said, I am keen on AdSense income only. So sites that primarily thrive on Affiliate and other income would not work.

And just for the record, I will only consider net AdSense income. :)
