so you have workers to work for you?

I do have people to work for me.. but its hard to manage them also I mean, its tough to explain what we want to make on our sites.

I try to work with people who have their own vision, so they they can think "What should this web site be like" and come up with good answers on their own.

If I had to do all the thinking, my team would be pretty useless.
