Oh...all over. I just bought a site for 3 months of revenue on webmaster-talk. I sold one on ebay for 3-4 days of revenue last month, etc...I mean, you need to search it...
The one I'm selling is 5 months or revenue but it's kind of high price...I'm open to offer though...
I have sites that I tried to sell for 1 month of revenue and no interest whatsoever. So yes, there are sites for sale out there...

It's not only adsense out there. As a matter of fact, the soccer site has no adsense to avoid people going to buy elsewhere.Quote:

Usually, they don't sell for much, probably 3-4 months of revenue, unless you get and noob dealing with his first buy or so....
To give an example about adsense site, I bought a foreclosure site on ebay for $132. It was doing about $1/day with adsense. A bit high but I needed a foreclosure site at that time. Now, it is doing about $5/day since I put uniques articles and stuff. Last year I wanted to sell it and the highest offer was $30, so I kept it. I wanted to at least recoupe my purchase price but it never happened. I keep it now and still putting more articles and stuff, like amazon affiliate books...
Interesting, but I think it's only possible with smaller revenue sites.
I just bought a site couple days ago for $100 that was making more than that in a month, but it's rather new, has little content and frankly I'm not sure the revenues will continue.. worth a try though.
