    Tutorial Website for sale! (Good if your wanting to make money Monthly)

    Hello Guys! I have started a blog for web development and would like to sell it. Its has a page rank of 2 and gets over 15k visitors per month(For proof I can show you google records.) Over 22 high quality tutorials and can generate revenue. I did not generate revenue with it because I create websites make them big then sell them.
