Yes visitors do come to shorten URLs and yes there is an admin panel...! Through Admin Panel you can delete shortened URLs, add advertisements, change waiting time, change site name, can see passwords of URLs if any person has used any password in any particular URL, you can see shortened URLs...

And for members, members can see their shorrtened URLs, their shortened URLs passwords, Change Password etc...!
