Pligg sites are essentially social bookmark sites. Some have the option of do follow so you get do follow links.

It's essentially like a CMS except it's a CMS for social bookmarking allowing you to create social bookmark sites really easily.

This results in many pligg social bookmark sites but many of these sites aren't really developed mature sites.

Traffic from many of these sites aren't as much because they are probably newly developed but at least you have the possibility of getting a backlink.
