I personally dislike Twitter quite a bit.
I think the system is very elementary and it's certainly nothing special.
However! If you're an internet marketer or you own any sort of online property, Twitter, when used properly, can end up being a valuable tool that will prove critical in your success. It's up to the individual to determine if it's a practical business application or simple a waste of time. I laid out my thoughts here.
Well, I am on twitter but I really don't use much !
Earlier I used it for promotion of my blog.

Twitter is really a good source for promotion and also connecting with people all over the world.
Hello..
I really don't know about Twitter. I just heard its name so thank you very much for giving such a useful information to us. Now I will also create an account in Twitter. I think it is easier way to make new friends.
Facebook is the new number two most-visited site on the Internet, according to Alexa rankings. Although Alexa has been known not to be the most accurate source in the world, it's hard to screw up number two. However, if you are looking for traffic via Facebook profile, the problem comes into play when you note that there is a friend limit of 5,000 at the moment. Of course, joining groups and posting links there has a tendency to cancel out any problems that friend limits can cause.
Twitter, however, does not have a limit to the number of followers that you may have. There are accounts on Twitter with well over one million followers. These accounts are growing and growing and have yet to hit a block. The only problem with this is that updates are limited to 160 characters, and there isn't much to put in that space. However, improvisation is key to succeeding in Twitter.
These two networks are what I consider to be the highest-traversed on the Internet. Connect the two to see massive spikes in your own traffic, as seen by Aquarezz's photo on the first page of this thread. Way to go, by the way, Aquarezz. That's some traffic.
