Thread: Buy / sell twitter followers / accounts

Hello people,
I think i know that to buy account is forbidden on twitter but how about buying followers? Is it Legal (not talkink about techniques but in general)?
Are there some sites around where we can buy or sell accounts or followers?

Since it's so easy these days to get followers I don't think it's necessary. I'd rather suggest to buy accounts instead with oriented followers

AFAIK there isn't a rule that says it isn't allowed on their website, but they might've changed their TOS by now..

Aquarezz, i find it more difficult after i follow 2000 - then some other rules applies as i noticed.
I can quite easy build an account myself up to 2000 followers, but after some other limits applies?

It is indeed forbidden even in digital point forum it is no longer allowed or you will be banned

If this is forbidden in DP. doesnt really mean it is an evil thing.
They (DP) have their own specific guidelines on what is forbidden and what is not.
- They also allow to post about things that are forbidden in other places too.
So DP is not the 'right' sample for me at all.

After following 2000 people, you're percentage of followers should be 10% (It's easier to explain in Dutch ). So with an example, it means that the maximum of people you can follow is 2200 people. Than you have to wait until you have 2000 followers (since 10% of 2000 is 200).

Do you understand that or not?

Well as far as I know its not only forbidden in buying accounts in Twitter and facebook if you will read their TOS but about followers I guess it is easy now to get followers in Twitter and facebook but I think buying followers is allowed right?

Probably not. But if you hire someone who knows how to get you more followers who has a reputation for not getting you banned, then that would probably something worth "buying".

If the "art of getting followers" includes "churning", that would involve a risk. Especially the unfollow part seems to trigger a warning, more so than the mass follow part.

It can be done with huge success, yet you must tread with care.
