Both work, but Facebook is too much work. Unless you set permissions in a way that your pages and groups only allow admins to post. Otherwise you can run into issues easily. Twitter for the same reason is great. There is no need for moderating. You simply post to the account and voila, no need to even read replies.
Networked Blogs is good on Facebook. For the very reason that it helps get your new out quickly. And in some instances I have seen new blogs not ranking for a thing, yet their Networked Blogs url appears to do some damage here and there.

Facebook is better if it is business to customer kind of marketing. For business to business, Twitter is the best.
