How to get more Facebook Likes

I have a few Facebook business pages that need more people to "Like" the page.

Certainly you can get more by buying Facebook likes, it looks like the going rate is $59 US dollars for 1000 "likes" of your page.

What do you do to get more Facebook Likes?

I totally agree with you, most likely if you bought Facebook "Likes" you would end up with a bunch of Fake Facebook profiles that were set up by some bot. So, what you're saying is that offering a game or advertising on Facebook would get you more Facebook "Likes"?

Thanks AntonCim, that's what I initially thought. Certainly it will take time with quality content, but I have seen some businesses out there that have over 20,000 "likes" and they just don't seem to "deserve" that many. Perhaps they did some sort of promotion or contest or sweepstakes in order to build you their "likes" on Facebook?

That's how most businesses do it on facebook.
Get a free sample, coupon, etc.
But you have to like us to get it.

I think knowing what not to do is almost as useful as knowing what to do since what matters most is the attitude with which you're approaching things. This attitude will largely influence your tactics as well.

Get a free sample, coupon, etc.
But you have to like us to get it.

Great idea, I'll think I will try that. But, not sure yet what I need to offer, though.

Facebook paid likes will not fetch you interaction or yield in great talk.

No, they won't. It may boost your numbers so it looks like you've got more Facebook Likes, but in the long run it will not get you what you really need and want: more customers. So, instead of "buying" those FB likes, offering something for them to "like" you, even a sweekstakes or contest, might be your best bet.
