Thread: How to be sucessful with Facebook?

I recently setup an account on Facebook, but I am having a hard time to engage visitors or customers on my group.

Is there any tips I can apply?

Most of my customers thank us through emails but that stop there.

What should I do?

Always ask yourself this:
Why would my customers want to do this?

So, in your case:
Why would my customers want to interact on this Facebook group? They need a reason, because otherwise they simply won't do it! So give them some sort of incentive. Let me tell you a quick story - I just bought a brand new car last week, and the dealership asked me to become a fan of their page on Facebook, and in return they filled my tires with nitrogen - which normally costs about 40$, I believe. But hey, I now find myself randomly checking their page for updates and things of that nature - so their plan worked.

I will try to reward people with free products. In the past we offered coupons but it did not work well, I guess people like free products and I will work on this.

I guess just be active and add more friends it could also help if you will update your photos as well and try to play Zynga games it would lead you to more friends in facebook
