SC company sues ex-worker over Twitter followers
An Internet company is suing a former employee for the 17,000 Twitter followers on his account. This is a big issue that really hasn't been resolved by US Courts. Who owns the social media account? The person posting the messages or the employer.
So what happens if they quit and keep the social media account?
