Thread: Talking One on One

  1. Talking One on One

Do you think chatting with people on an one-to-one basis on twitter is more effective than just changing your status?

I have been trying to contact people on twitter by tweeting them, just so that I can get into contact with them and most likely get them interested in what I have to offer.

What do you think works good for you?

I'm more the "general tweeter" and than responding to the eventual questions related to any of those tweets. I stopped contacting tweeple personally because a lot of them never responded, so it was kinda waste of time

Yes, interacting on twitter is more effective then just tweeting randomly. People will start to notice you more, and you build your reputation and authority.

Agreed. But if you just tweet something like:

@abcd Check my website out: domain.com
That will get you no reponse.
